1. Shipping/Delivery Destinations

We currently ship smaller items to addresses within the contiguous United States. Larger furniture pieces may be subject to local or regional delivery only, as specified on the product page. We may expand our shipping or delivery destinations in the future.

Please ensure that your shipping or delivery address is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or undeliverable packages due to incorrect information.


2. Shipping/Delivery Options and Costs

  • Shipping/Delivery Rates: Shipping or delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the selected shipping/delivery method. Shipping/delivery costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options for smaller items, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Larger furniture pieces may be delivered by our in-house team or a third-party delivery service, depending on your location.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer for custom orders or during peak periods or promotional events.

  • Shipping/Delivery Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your smaller item order has been shipped. For larger items being delivered, we will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

For larger items, our delivery team or a third-party service will contact you to confirm delivery time.

  • Loss or Damage: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (for shipped items) or to your provided delivery address (for delivered items). We are not liable for any damage or loss during transit unless shipping or delivery insurance has been purchased.

7. Delivery Issues

At this time, we only ship smaller items within the contiguous United States. Delivery of larger furniture pieces is limited to our local or regional service area. We may consider expanding our shipping and delivery destinations in the future.
